Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation by BATC
1.1 In the event of cancellation by BATC, customers will receive
a full refund of the course fee paid (after any applicable discount).
The 7% service fee is non-refundable, as it covers administrative
and payment processing costs.
1.2 Any bank charges deducted by the customer’s bank shall be borne
by the customer. BATC will be responsible for its own bank
transaction fees only.
2. Cancellation by Customers
2.1 Customers must notify BATC in writing of any cancellation at least
30 days before the course start date to be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Refund conditions are as follows:
• 30 days or more before the start date:
Refund of 100% of the course fee (after discount), excluding the 7%
service fee, less any bank charges deducted by the customer’s bank.
• Less than 30 days before the start date:
Refund of 50% of the course fee (after discount), excluding the 7%
service fee, less any bank charges deducted by the customer’s bank.
• On or after the course start date:
No refund will be granted.
2.3 BATC will be responsible for its own bank transaction fees only.
3. Postponement and Substitution
3.1 BATC may postpone or reschedule a course by providing
written notice at least 21 days prior to the scheduled
start date and confirming the new training date.
3.2 If the customer is unable to attend on the rescheduled
date, they may request a full refund of the course fee
(after discount), excluding the 7% service fee, less any
bank charges deducted by the customer’s bank.
3.3 Substitution of participants is permitted with prior
written approval from BATC and is subject to seat
availability and eligibility criteria
4. Bank Charges
4.1 Any bank fees applied by the customer’s bank for
international or local transfers shall be borne
by the customer.
4.2 BATC will be responsible only for its own bank
transaction fees.
5. Force Majeure
BATC shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, or
cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control
, including but not limited to natural disasters, government
regulations, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances
arrangements.
In such cases, BATC will make reasonable efforts to
reschedule the course or offer alternative
